7 Step Process
At Maslin Homes we realise building your dream home is one of the biggest financial investments that you will ever make. That is why we have put together a simple 7 Step Process to guide you through and make the experience as seamless and easy as possible
1. Your land our ours
Maslin Homes have blocks in the Wagga area ready for you to build on, or we can build on your block of land.
2. Your plans or ours
We offer inhouse drafting and design services to put your ideas to plan, or we can modify one of our existing designs. "Time to get creative"
3. Quoting your home
The next step is for us to quote your home and inclusions. This includes the preliminary plan sketch, meeting and site inspection.
4. The contract
Step 4 towards your dream home is a building contract. This details inclusions and costs. You will receive 3 copies of this contract plus 1 set of preliminary plans.
5. Time to pay a deposit
A deposit is required wth your signed contract. The deposit covers council fees, full drafting of plans, council applications, BASIX, enginneering detail and home owners warranty.
6. Time to shop
Now the fun begins, at this stage it is time to select all of your kitchen colours and design, tiles, bricks, carpet, floorboards, paint colours etc. But don't think you're alone, we will be with you every step of the way.
7. Let the build begin
Once council approval has been given we start your home. The build time is around a 6 month period (depending on the size of your home) from the start to the time you "TURN THE KEY AND START LIVING"
